The aim was to increase soft skills such as resilience and develop students' self-esteem, greater awareness of emotions and regulation
Project challenges:
Prevalence of negative interactions between students and peers and/or staff. Low levels of understanding of the link between emotions and behaviour.
Project benefits:
Lower feelings of anxiety, greater feelings of well-being, greater understanding of emotions and behaviours, greater feelings of enjoyment and sense of belonging.
